Overview:
Five residential towers with 1,478 units deliver modern living in Hanoi’s new CBD edge. The concept draws from silkworms weaving silk, aiming to “weave” refined homes with strong green credentials and a full amenity set.
Key points:

Prime border of Ha Dong and new CBD with BRT and metro access.

Around 60% green coverage, green podium parking, 700 m green fence.

54 amenities for all ages: pools, gym, spa, library, kids areas, mini-mart, new karaoke room and 3D mini golf.

Natural performance: up to 100% daylighting and ~80% natural ventilation; many corner units with 2–3 frontages.

Secured gated community with 24/7 surveillance and card access.
