Awards for Wyndham Soleil Danang Condotel Complex

The Wyndham Soleil Danang is a world-class 5-star hotel and condotel complex consisting of one hotel tower and three luxury condotel towers, complemented by a high-end commercial center.

With a total land area of 2.2 hectares, the project includes four towers (three Condotel towers and one Hotel) ranging from 50 to 58 floors, and a total floor area of approximately 400,000 m² — making it the tallest and largest-scale development in Danang.

The architectural concept is inspired by the graceful rhythm of ocean waves, expressing both fluidity and modern elegance, and establishing Wyndham Soleil Danang as a new landmark of the coastal city.

Designed by Aedas (Singapore) and IBSTAC Architects & Planners as local consultant, the project combines international creativity with Vietnamese expertise.

Located within the Gamuda Gardens Urban Area, part of the larger Gamuda City complex, The Zen Residence offers a tranquil and serene living environment while embodying the essential values of modern urban life.
The project is developed by Gamuda Land, a 100% foreign-invested company.
With a total scale of 1.4 hectares, the development includes three towers ranging from 31 to 35 floors, providing 927 high-quality apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 138,000 m².
