Project Overview
Ibstac Architects & Planners (IBSTAC) participated in the design consortium for the Detailed Master Plan of Dong Chau Coastal City, located in Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province.
The project envisions Dong Chau as a modern coastal urban area that integrates tourism, residential, and service functions while preserving the natural coastal ecosystem. With its strategic location along the Gulf of Tonkin, the master plan promotes sustainable coastal development and aims to position Thai Binh as a new destination for marine economy and eco-tourism in Northern Vietnam.
