The Agrexim Trade Center and Office Building is a Grade A commercial complex designed by IBSTAC Architects & Planners (IB), located at 63–65 Ngo Thi Nham Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Completed in 2015 and officially opened in the third quarter of 2019, the project showcases IBSTAC’s expertise in designing modern, high-performance urban architecture.

The Agrexim Building was conceived as a modern business hub that harmonizes elegance, functionality, and environmental responsibility. The façade design features clean vertical lines and glass surfaces, ensuring abundant natural light and an open spatial feeling.
IBSTAC’s design focuses on energy efficiency, smart space organization, and user comfort, making Agrexim one of Hanoi’s prominent examples of contemporary Grade A office architecture.
