Wyndham Soleil Da Nang is one of the most iconic 5-star hotel and condotel complexes in Central Vietnam, located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street – the most beautiful coastal boulevard of Da Nang City. Designed by Aedas (Singapore) with IBSTAC Architects & Planners as the local consultant, the project symbolizes the perfect fusion between international architectural excellence and Vietnamese local expertise.
With its wave-inspired architectural form, Wyndham Soleil Da Nang has become a new architectural landmark of the city, representing vitality, modernity, and the dynamic energy of Vietnam’s most livable coastal destination.

IBSTAC’s Role as Local Consultant
As the local consultant for Wyndham Soleil Da Nang, IBSTAC Architects & Planners was responsible for ensuring that the project complied with Vietnamese technical standards while preserving the international design integrity by Aedas.
IBSTAC’s scope of work included:

Design Concept – The Waves of the East Sea
Inspired by the fluid motion of ocean waves, the project’s architectural design embodies both movement and harmony. The four towers are connected through sky bridges, symbolizing unity and flow — a defining element that makes Wyndham Soleil Da Nang stand out in the city’s skyline.
Each condotel unit maximizes natural light and ventilation, providing residents and guests with panoramic sea views and a sense of openness. The project also features world-class amenities, including infinity pools, rooftop sky bars, luxury restaurants, spas, and high-end shopping facilities.
