Inspired from diamond island
Receiving a request from the investor, IBSTAC architects came up with a plan: Design 2 towers with strong architectural shapes, demonstrating the spirit of sustainable rise.
The building has 40 floors with diverse functions, both as a hotel and a condotel with full 5-star facilities: Spa, Massage, Gym, Ballroom, Restaurant….
Hotel Lobby Area
The floor plans are designed to prioritize important functions such as ballrooms, apartments, infinity pools, restaurants, etc. have the best and maximum view to the sea.
