Detail design solution Central Residence Gamuda

The Gamuda City mega-urban project, designed by Ibstac Architects & Planners, was built on a 274-hectare campus right in the capital Hanoi.

Central location
As the heart of Gamuda City, Central Residence has a total area of 100ha, located right next to the 80ha wide conditioning lake. Central Residence is a central subdivision, with busy space with 4 main items: High-class apartments; Shopping mall; Office, Hotel & Convention Center; Green park.
Design ideas
Central Residence was designed by architects Ibstac Architects & Planners from the inspiration of the dandelion flower, a symbol of love and hope. More than a house, it is a home, a place to nurture family happiness, to become the nucleus from which to spread love.
The common space is designed to unite and honor community values, build a vibrant and prosperous residential area.
