Project Overview
Ibstac Architects & Planners (IBSTAC) developed the detailed master plan and infrastructure design for a mixed-use complex building located in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. Commissioned by the 319 Corporation – Ministry of National Defence, the project aims to create a modern, multi-functional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, and service components within a synchronized and sustainable infrastructure system.
The design ensures optimal land use, efficient traffic circulation, and high environmental quality, contributing to Da Nang’s vision of becoming a modern, livable coastal city.
