Idea
The entire planned land area becomes a tourist center of Mu Cang Chai town, bearing the H’Mong ethnic identity and in the future will become a Heritage of Yen Bai people.
The northern area is Nam Kim stream, where the existing downtown area will have commercial and service functions.
The area south of the stream is the cultural space of the Mong ethnic group. The main stream is the connecting axis.
With the approved planning project, Ibstac Architects & Planners hopes this will be a premise to attract investment in infrastructure, urban and tourism development projects, contributing to the construction of Mu Cang Chai tourism development sustainable in the direction of “green – safe – identity – friendly”.
