Ibstac Architects & Planners (IBSTAC) developed the detailed planning for the Yen Phong Worker Housing and Trade Promotion Center in Dong Tho Commune, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province. The project aims to create a modern, synchronized urban complex that integrates affordable worker housing with commercial and trade promotion facilities, supporting industrial growth and community well-being.
With a total scale of 6.96 hectares, the development is designed to improve the living standards of workers, while promoting economic activities and enhancing Bac Ninh’s industrial infrastructure through smart and sustainable planning.
