Project Overview
The Hilton Hai Phong 5-Star Hotel Complex is a landmark mixed-use development comprising a luxury hotel, commercial podium, and high-end serviced residences. Developed by BRG Group, the project occupies an 8,300 m² prime site on Tran Quang Khai Street, in the urban core of Hai Phong City.
Strategically positioned, the development is envisioned to become a new architectural icon of the port city, enhancing its international profile and hospitality infrastructure.
IBSTAC as Local Consultant
The architectural concept was authored by WoW Architects (Singapore), with IBSTAC Architects & Planners appointed as the Local Consultant.
IBSTAC’s scope of services as local design consultant encompassed:

Localization of design packages in compliance with Vietnamese codes, standards, and permitting requirements

Technical coordination to adapt international design intent to local construction methodologies
