Project Background
The PetroVietnam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PV-INCONESS) — a member of PetroVietnam Group — organized an architectural design competition for the Yen Thang Lake 54-hole Golf Clubhouse to meet international golf standards and service expectations.
IBSTAC Architects & Planners, formerly the Architecture Division of the Institute for Building Science and Technology (IBST), participated with a concept that emphasizes planning efficiency, functionality, aesthetics, technology, and microclimate adaptation.
Design Vision

The course’s construction was managed by Golf Corp (Australia) under the supervision of James Dalton, who has over 20 years of global golf course development experience, following the original design by P+Z Development PTE.
