Project Overview
IBSTAC Architects & Planners is the design consultant for the Imperial Plaza Complex and the Imperial Hotel (Hoang De Hotel 5★) in Da Lat — a key hospitality and commercial landmark developed by Petrolimex Lam Dong Trading and Service JSC.
The project consists of two towers:

Condotel Tower with over 400 serviced apartments

Hotel Tower with more than 90 hotel rooms, managed under the Best Western Premier brand.
The Hotel Tower is expected to be operational by Q1 2023, while the Condotel Tower is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023 under the Best Western Premier Collection (5★–6★ international standard).
