Project Overview
The Kim Do Policity Urban and Service Area, located west of Cho Town, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, is developed under the model of a modern, synchronized, ecological, high-rise, and multifunctional city.
The master plan draws inspiration from Indochine architecture, blending local craft village culture with a design philosophy of “Respecting original values, social standards, and the rule of law.”
This vision aims to create a harmonious ecological environment that celebrates both cultural heritage and contemporary living.
