Project Overview
The Vietracimex Office & Residential Complex is a high-rise mixed-use development located on Pham Hung Street, Hanoi, jointly designed by POSAC and IBSTAC Architects & Planners (IB) for the Vietnam Trading Engineering Construction JSC (Vietracimex). The project aims to become a symbol of modern architecture in the city’s western urban corridor — integrating Grade A offices, serviced apartments, and commercial facilities in a sustainable, intelligent building system.

Master Planning & Context
The site lies approximately 10 km west of Hanoi’s city center and 23 km south of Noi Bai International Airport, within the “Ecological Necklace” formed by the Red River and Nhue River. It is surrounded by modern urban developments, luxury hotels, and new office towers along Hanoi’s emerging business corridor.
The design complies fully with the approved detailed planning, ensuring alignment with height limits, construction boundaries, and functional zoning. The building employs advanced smart-building technologies, energy-efficient systems, and international safety standards, providing long-term environmental and operational sustainability.
Spatial & Architectural Design
Basement Levels (B1–B3)

Basement 1: Retail space, restaurants, technical offices, building management offices, and motorbike parking.

Basements 2 & 3: M&E services and parking (138 car lots, 197 motorbike lots, 4 for disabled users).

Separate ramps for motorbikes (Pham Hung side) and cars (rear access road), ensuring smooth circulation.
Podium (Floors 1–3)

1st Floor: Grand entrance from Pham Hung, lobby for offices and apartments, landscaped sunken courtyard connecting basement retail with ground-level space.

Facade & Form
The Vietracimex Tower presents a dynamic composition of two interlocking volumes — an office block and a residential block — unified through design language and materials.

Office Block: Minimalist glass curtain wall expressing transparency and lightness.

The two blocks reconnect from the 23rd floor to the roof, forming a cohesive skyline profile.

The trapezoidal geometry of the office tower creates a strong visual anchor and landmark along Pham Hung Boulevard.
