Project Overview
Ibstac Architects & Planners (IBSTAC) participated in the design consortium responsible for developing the General Master Plan of Ninh Binh Province until 2020. The plan provides a comprehensive strategic framework for urban development, infrastructure improvement, tourism, and industrial growth, positioning Ninh Binh as a key cultural, ecological, and economic hub in Northern Vietnam.
Ninh Binh, known as the “Ha Long Bay on land,” required a master plan that harmonizes heritage preservation with modern urban expansion, ensuring sustainable development while protecting its world-famous natural and historical landscapes.
