IBSTAC Architects & Planners (IBSTAC) — formerly the Architecture Department of the Institute for Building Science and Technology (IBST) — collaborated with Cordinach Architects (Spain) to design the Petroleum Financial Center Headquarters in Hanoi.

The project features a 9-storey office tower with 4 basements, symbolizing modernity, financial strength, and the progressive vision of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam).
